 I am Tracey, founder of The Stronger After Method™️I am an IFBB Pro Athlete and Women's Strength & Resilience Coach with over 20 years qualified experience in the fitness industry. I've educated and empowered many women to improve their health and boost their confidence. After over two decades of disciplined training, battling personal confidence, an autoimmune disease and hitting midlife, I've built the Stronger After Method specifically for women who feel disconnected from their bodies and are ready to reclaim control. My workouts are for all levels and focus on rebuilding strength, confidence and identity through intelligent programming, high standards and calm, direct leadership.
